Peninsula School District is excited to announce Blair Suek was selected as the new athletic director for Gig Harbor High School. She started her new role with GHHS on July 1, 2022. 

Suek graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a bachelor's degree in English literature and a master's degree in secondary education. As a student she played volleyball for PLU and earned All American honors her senior year. She spent eight years at Steilacoom High School as the head volleyball coach, taking her team to state in the 2021-2022 school year. She also spent four years as the school's athletic coordinator. This spring she graduated from Eastern Washington University with her administrative certificate.
