We understand the importance of before and after school programs for some of our families, and are making a change in the 2022–2023 school year. We have selected a new program that is high-quality, enriching, and flexible to fill your before and after school childcare needs.

The program is Right at School, which offers an engaging curriculum to help spark the joy of learning and 21st century skill development such as critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, leadership, and more. Students will have a healthy snack, engage in dynamic fitness activities, student-driven projects, team building, leadership development, and have the opportunity to complete homework. 

The program also features an enriched curriculum in the form of two-week units. Examples of units include: 

• Getting Down to Business: Students are introduced to money and commerce; 
• Icky Experiments: Students experiment with sticky substances to learn chemistry; and
• Variety Show: Students rehearse and perform individual talent acts.

Right at School will be available to Minter Creek, Purdy, Pioneer, and Voyager elementary schools K-4 families for the 2022-2023 school year. 

For those families who wish to participate in this program, it will be available from 6:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. every day school is in session. Families will be able to work with Right At School to create flexible monthly schedules to support your busy lives. Just create your own monthly schedule by choosing 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week. Drop-in care and punch cards are also flexible options, and Right At School will be available during breaks, non-school days,
and summer.
