Introducing Danielle O'Leary — Our New HRMS School Administrator

Dear Harbor Ridge Families,


We are excited to announce your new principal starting in the 2025-2026 school year, Danielle O’Leary. With a rich background in educational leadership, Danielle brings a wealth of experience and dedication to our community.


Mrs. O’Leary has served as the Assistant Principal at Peninsula High School since 2019, and was the Dean of Students prior to that. During her tenure, she has dramatically increased student integration and academic outcomes, notably through the expansion of inclusive SPED programming, dual enrollment opportunities, and robust graduation tracking systems. 


Committed to student support, Mrs. O’Leary has effectively built inclusive spaces that help all students shines with empathetic practices and data-driven interventions. Her expertise in school operations, school-to-family communications, and her innate ability to make every student feel seen and welcomed highlights her dedication to educational excellence.

“I am honored to join Harbor Ridge Middle School as the principal! Through my many years in this community, it is clear that HRMS is a special place. The staff are dedicated, student-centered, and committed to supporting the whole child. Their care and love for students set a strong foundation for student success.


The students at Harbor Ridge stand out as inclusive and invested in their learning. They take pride in their school and care about one another. The positive culture on the Ridge reflects the strong partnership between staff, students, and families.
