Celebrating Our Transportation Heroes: Bus Drivers, Mechanics, and Transportation Staff Recognition Week

This week, we shine a spotlight on the dedicated professionals who ensure our students arrive safely at school each day, ready to learn and grow. During Bus Drivers, Mechanics, and Transportation Staff Recognition Week, we celebrate the vital role these team members play in our educational mission.

Every Day, They Make a Difference

Our transportation team members are often the first smiling faces our students see each morning and the last friendly wave goodbye each afternoon. They navigate more than just roads — they navigate relationships, creating a positive start and finish to each school day. Behind the scenes, our mechanics work tirelessly to maintain our fleet, ensuring every vehicle meets the highest safety standards.

Our drivers know their students by name, celebrate their milestones, and show up with consistency and care — rain or shine. Our mechanics' expertise keeps our fleet running smoothly through every season, while our transportation support staff manages the complex logistics that make it all possible.

To our transportation team: Your dedication does not go unnoticed. You brave early mornings, challenging weather, and demanding routes with professionalism and heart. You are essential to our mission of educating every child, every day — and we are deeply grateful for everything you do.
