Scott Yingling, current assistant principal at Gig Harbor High School, has been chosen as Harbor Ridge Middle School’s new assistant principal. HRMS assistant principal, Brian Wickens, was promoted to HRMS principal earlier this month when principal Mike Benoit was hired to be the principal at Peninsula High School.

The Peninsula School District is comprised of 18 schools and nearly 9,000 students. Geographically, it is located across Puget Sound from the Seattle/Tacoma area and covers a 120 square-mile area on two peninsulas, the Gig Harbor Peninsula and Key Peninsula.
