Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program

Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) is a comprehensive preschool program provides free services and support to eligible, low-income children and their families. Children must be 3 years of age by August 31 for Fall Enrollment. ECEAP is a family-focused program that provides:

  • Preschool experience
  • Activities that build self-esteem
  • Developmental screenings,
  • Small classes
  • Transportation
  • Health and nutrition education
  • Medical, dental, vision and hearing screening
  • Hot lunch and nutritious snacks

For families, the program offers parent groups and classes, information and referral to community resources; job training and employment programs, opportunities for personal growth, empowerment and leadership development; and information on health nutrition and child development.
